La possibilité d'un accès "Navigateur" permet de récupérer le courrier par un simple accès Web, c'est à dire très facilement en voyage ou déplacement.
MS-Outlook Express permet de récupérer le courrier de toutes origines dans une seule boîte (Http ou Pop).
Des Webmails offrant les imports de courrier tels NetCourrier, Yahoo!, WebMailS, Hotmail & Caramail (Lycos) permettent de centraliser le courrier de plusieurs boîtes Pop.
MelShake est un site spécialisé dans le rapatriement des toutes sortes de messageries POP3 aussi bien que Web.
Web2Pop propose des interfaces pour accéder aux Webmails à partir d'un compte Pop ou pour centraliser le courrier dans une seule boîte.
Email Rescue ou Pop Corn permettent de visualiser et traiter le courrier Pop chez le fournisseur avant même de l'importer. Ces logiciels sont gratuits et tiennent sur une disquette.
Pour importer une boite de messagerie à partir d'une autre, il faut obtenir 3 renseignements : adresse électronique, mot de passe & nom du serveur Pop.

Web2Pop proposes interfaces to access Webmails from a Pop account or to centralize mail in one box.
Email Rescue or Pop Corn enable to view and deal with Pop mail at the provider's before downloading it. These programs are free and can be stored on a floppy disk.
To import a mail from another box, you must get 3 pieces of information: e-address, password & Pop server name.
